Before any treatment, you will received a treatment plan which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.

Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

We at Crowns Now Family of Dentistry strive to provide quality dental care that exceeds expectations. Our goal is to help patients receive the treatment they need at a reasonable cost. In an effort to do so, we accept the Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) dental plans listed below.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not contracted to accept any Medicare and/or Medicaid plans at this time.

ATTENTION PATIENTS: Effective October 1st, 2015, Crowns Now Family of Dentistry will no longer be an in-network provider of Cigna PPO and Cigna Discount insurance. Please contact one of our offices should you have any questions regarding this upcoming change.
